Wives and
Children
Lisa Marie Presley was the
daughter of one of the most famous singers ever, Elvis Presley. She had first
met Michael when she was six years old, and he was sixteen. They met again now
in 1993 and they soon became close. Although he was now 35 years old , Michael
hadn’t had many girlfriends, and some people were surprised that he and Lisa
Marie were together.
So, in May , 1994, Michael and Lisa
Marie were married in secret in the Dominican Republic. She thought Michael was
only marrying her daughter because of her famous father, Elvis. Lisa Marie’ s
mother, Priscilla she said. She and her children often came to stay with
Michael for a few days , but they always went back home. It seemed strange ,
but people around the couple said that it was love.
